Teambuilding Day

Teambuilding is a desirable product that is usually incorporated into off campus trips such as outdoor education or to specific teambuilding facilities. In 2006, I had developed a teambuilding day that started the school year off by having all students participate. The purpose of the program was to allow teachers to get an instant snapshot of the students taht they would be working with for the upcoming school year and how the students interacted with others.

This was a half day of activities that focused strictly on teambuilding. After the activities, the students would reflect on how performance and attitudes could be improved. Teambuilding Day is still an ongoing program at the beginning of every school year.
